This pathway is designed to meet Associate in Arts degree requirements with a concentration in Psychology.
The purpose of this pathway is to meet transfer pre-requisites and provide a foundation for furthering your study in the field of psychology. Completion of this degree allows you to transfer into many bachelor鈥檚 degree programs with your first two-years of schooling completed.

Studying psychology is an excellent way to understand biological, cognitive, emotional, and social bases of behavior. You鈥檒l also explore how people鈥檚 experiences affect their family, education, work and play. Whether your goal is to counsel people as a practicing psychologist鈥攐r you want to apply your psychology education to a career in business, marketing, social work or other field鈥攖his pathway can lead you to a wide range of career opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree or higher may be required for some careers listed above.
Once you complete this Associate degree, additional education opportunities include:
- A bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology, social work, or a related field at a four-year college or university.
- A Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree at one of the 色情聊天网站.
色情聊天网站 has direct transfer agreements with four-year institutions throughout Washington state, including University of Washington, Washington State University and Seattle University. Graduates from South have also transferred to out-of-state institutions.

The sample schedule assumes a fall quarter start and is constrained by 6 quarters, but you can begin in any quarter and start at any placement level.
